Dear Cordova Residents,

I’m reaching out to share some exciting news about a change coming to our community. Berry Hill Road will soon be renamed Adrian L. Maclin Way in honor of one of Cordova High School’s most inspiring educators.

Mr. Adrian L. Maclin, recipient of the 2025 Music Educator Award, has dedicated himself to keeping students engaged, motivated, and passionate about learning. His commitment to excellence and his positive impact on generations of students make this recognition truly well-deserved.

The Honorary Street Unveiling will take place on Friday, August 22nd, at 5:00 PM at Cordova High School. All are welcome to attend and celebrate this special occasion.

I understand that some residents may continue referring to the street as Berry Hill Road, and that’s perfectly fine. This update is simply to give everyone a heads-up so there’s less confusion once the change appears on maps. I will send out another notice when the new name is reflected on both Google Maps and Apple Maps.
