Good morning, Cordova residents,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out today to share what the next step is regarding our ongoing effort to bring awareness to the possibility of de-annexation.

A couple of months ago, I distributed flyers with a QR code that linked directly to the annexation petition. While I did get a few out back then, I wasn’t able to print or distribute as many as I had hoped. This time around, I plan to distribute a larger number of updated flyers to several neighborhoods throughout Cordova to help spread the word more effectively.

In addition to the flyers, I’m also thinking of hosting a community meeting sometime in June. This will give residents a chance to come together, discuss next steps, ask questions, and stay informed on what’s happening in our area.

I’ll be sending out another update once the new flyers are printed and ready to be distributed. In the meantime, please feel free to share the petition and help spread the word to your neighbors. The more engaged we all are, the stronger our voice will be.
