Witnessing the erosion of democracy in my own country is a disturbing experience. Increasingly, alt-right tech bros and oligarchs are seizing control, threatening the very fabric of our societal values. As such, we must take a stand, particularly with a legislative measure to protect our democracy.

This petition seeks to authorize a bill that legalizes in self-defence, actions taken against white supremacists, including Nazis, Proud Boys, and klansmen. White supremacist groups and ideologies have been linked to a significant uptick in hate crimes and domestic terrorism incidents in recent years.

 According to the Anti-Defamation League's 2020 report, they were responsible for 61% of domestic extremism-related murders.
