By getting more signatures we can help stop all this discrimination and have a more diverse and inclusive environment for all of those that are considerd neurodiverse. The goverment are always in talks about those individuals and families that have complex learning disabilities, and are telling them to get out and start working, there are neurodiverse roles in the industry, however, how are neurodiverse people supposed to get those roles if they cannot obtain the training like everyone else.
