I am waiting for almost 50 days for our Lateral onboarding , Still i didnot get my DOJ. LaunchPad team donot answer any queries. Again mail from Rajesh Ahuja , VP HR for deffering DOJ.
There are lot of candidates who are waiting for DOJ , You can see that in FB groups , Twitter and Linkin post.

Most of laterals are having issue like EMI , No Salary atlost no proper update from Infosys also for our DOj. If this is normal we can get other offers but all other companies are freezed their hiring. Few candidates are
onboarding when there is a requirement. How long we need to wait without any Job & Payroll. Think of our life during these time , As a company you can save cost for not onboarding , Think of our individuals who dont have career,
Salary and mental pressure.

Kindly onboard us at the earliest , Atleat put us on bench till things are clear. We didnot expect this from worlds third best regarding company.
