As a resident at Luna in Tucson, Arizona I have witnessed as well as personally had issues with the management that is currently in charge. There are several issues that need to be addressed. The management office has been issued many concerns yet has not actively taken any change. This is a big problem for many residents living here. We are paying a large amount of money and for there to be this many issues is absurd. As far as I am concerned there has been issues with the following:

-Lost packages

-Washing machine not working

-Lack of Management in general

-Office closing on days that they are supposed to be open

-Lack of security

-Consistently not answering phone calls

- 2/4 elevators work on a daily basis

-Double utility charges

-Safety hazards

-Upkeeping cleanliness of carpets and hallways

As a community, I would like to make a change.
