Wir haben zur Pandemie mit Kurzarbeitergeld das Unternehmen unterstützt.  In Inflationszeiten verhält sich unsere Arbeitgeberin aber nun wie Dagobert Duck. Die Preise steigen und wir, die Beschäftigten von H&M, sind in existenzieller Not. Wir sind es wert ein paar Taler abzubekommen. 

Seit dem 26. Oktober 2022 können Arbeitgeber*innen ihren Beschäftigten steuer- und abgabenfrei einen Betrag von bis zu 3.000 Euro gewähren, das aber nur noch bis zum Ende des Jahres 2024 Das sieht die sogenannte Inflationsausgleichsprämie vor, die die Bundesregierung mit Gesetz eingeführt hat. Der Wirtschaftsausschuss von H & M Hennes & Mauritz B.V. & Co. KG prognostiziert in diesem Geschäftsjahr einen Gewinn , der dem der Zeit vor der Pandemie zuzüglich des Onlinehandels entspricht.  Trotz des Tarifabschlusses und der damit verbundenen 36 monatigen Laufzeit, reicht eine Teilzahlung nicht aus, da wir am untersten Lohnende beschäftigt sind

Wir fordern H&M auf, die Inflationsausgleichprämie in voller Höhe (3000€) und für alle Mitarbeiter*innen auszuzahlen.

During the pandemic, we supported the company with short-time work payment.  In times of inflation, however, our employer now behaves like Scrooge McDuck. Prices are rising and we, the employees of H&M, COS, Monki, Weekday, H&M Home, are in existential distress. We are worth a few pennies. 

Since October 26, 2022, employers have been able to grant their employees an amount of up to 3,000 euros free of tax and contributions, but only until the end of 2024. This is provided for by the so-called inflation compensation bonus, which the federal government has introduced by law. The Economic Committee of H & M Hennes & Mauritz B.V. & Co. KG is forecasting a profit for this financial year that corresponds to the pre-pandemic period plus online trading.  Despite the wage agreement and the associated 36-month term, a partial payment is not sufficient, as we are employed at the lowest wage level.

We call on H&M to pay the inflation compensation bonus in full (€3000) and for all employees.
