Nigerians spent a lot of energy, time, and resources participating in mandatory INEC REGISTRATION processes. Living and thriving in Nigeria demands that most people go out daily and work. There is no efficient transport system, so people always get caught up in traffic.

There are lots of other socioeconomic issues that bear down on the average Nigerian adult. Effective communication through Social Media, SMS and phone calls add priceless value to a difficult living environment. Banks, Government Agencies, Worship Groups, and other organizations disseminate information through SMS and other virtual media.

INEC Nigeria should reach all those whose PVCs are ready for collection through SMS. This will enhance visibility and participation in the election process. This will also show INEC as an organization that is willing to embrace the yearnings of the people and also sensitive to contemporary demands. 

We are tired of seeing dumped PVCs in INEC's Offices all over Nigeria. These days some of these PVCs end up in gutters and refuse dumps. effective communication will make this critical service easier for Nigerians and for INEC too.
