After the irregularities and possible illegalities during Indycar’s season finale weekend at Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, we are petitioning for the following changes to be employed in the series to prevent any further fraud, cheating, or illegalities and ensure fair racing. Actions taken by officials affected certain team, drivers and minorities and minority fans in a way that was fradulent or mistaken.

Therefore we petition for the following changes be employed in order to prevent further racism from Indycar, and further illegal rulings by officials and ensure that all teams to engage in fair racing.

Irregular or illegal decisions by Indycar officials should be invalidated as soon as proof of the illegal decision is produced - even if the starting line needs to be reshuffled 

All we ask for is for competent series handling and fair racing - nothing less is what every driver, team and fan deserve from the series.
