Maintain foot-traffic-only policy for Eagle Creek Park's west side

The Issue

Eagle Creek Park's west side is a rich natural resource that represents a special landscape within the Indy Parks system. Only 6% of total Indy Parks land is comprised of high-quality natural forest and Eagle Creek Park's west side represents a significant portion of the total. In addition to the forested areas, the grassland and shrubby fields on the west side are also extremely important to birds and other wildlife.

Therefore, I want Indy Parks to maintain its policy of allowing only foot traffic on Eagle Creek Park's west side and I do not support measures that would increase the amount of foot traffic.
