Legal notice ignored by Indigo

A month ago we had sent a legal notice to the Santacruz and Haryana head office of Indigo.We waited patiently for them to reply considering various factors for causing a delay but till today we have not received a single response to our notice. This shows that Indigo feels that it is above the law and has no regards for it in anyway. All those Indigo employees claiming to have resolved or tried to have resolved the problem are no where to be seen after this event.They are just hoping it would disappear in thin air. Our next step is to file a petition in the consumer court where we are hoping that Indigo may atleast have some courtesy and show its presence in the court instead of hiding everytime. We are paying for this thing by our own time and money which Indigo is so casually adamant on wasting and acting arrogantly. All we hope for is that these corporates should have some regard for the law if not for their customers and stop taking people and the court for a ride.
