Indigo uses delay as a tactic to pressure us

We had filed a case in the district consumer forum back in the year 2015 as I had updated, ever since then we have been serving legal notice to Indigo as the first stage of the court case to which they had to respond for the case to move ahead however they had constantly ignored the legal notice since 3 years now.We were stuck at the first stage of the court's procedure since then. Finally the case was declared Ex-Parte in November 2017 because no one from Indigo appeared in court during the whole duration. This month we have received a notification from Indigo airlines stating that they were busy with many things hence they have not been able to respond to our legal notices since 3 years,so they have approached the state consumer forum seeking a stay on the Ex-parte order of the lower court.
It is hard to believe that a multinational corporation such as Indigo does not have lawyers to represent their case and instead is making us the common man run from pillar to post for their delays.
Financially and physically the whole process is getting difficult. However that is how Indigo intends to make the common man suffer by pressuring us in various ways to withdraw the case.We shall however continue fighting for this cause against this multinational airline.
