Corrupt Indigo airline. Phone theft from my bag... STOP These kind Rubbish Activities.

The Issue

I had travelled from Jaipur to Mumbai on 23rd June with my family with Go-indigo Airlines. My Airline PNR Number: F77JKM, Flight: Indigo 6E-695.

I submitted 3 bags at Indigo check in point before starting my travel from Jaipur to Mumbai with family on 23 June 2015 with Go-Indigo Airlines. While collecting my bags back at Mumbai, I didn't find my mobile in the bag, which had not only my all contacts numbers but also many personal details and important information's. I was totally convinced that the Indigo guys had stolen my phone.

The main problem is I have lost all my personal data because of these rubbish indigo guys... Now they are not admitting that it's their fault. They even asked me why I had put my phone in the bag, and that I should open the pockets. They clearly denied responsibility for bags and the interesting thing is that the customer team was saying that “Check each and every pocket of your bag before to leaving airport”.... bla bla.....

I am totally harassed by Indigo Team and they don't have fair policy and good customer support. I will advise my all friends and relatives not to select indigo as your first option.

Wake up the team! Let me give you (The Team) an eye-opener and let you know what you serve to your customer:

Irresponsible Services: The Customer submits his luggage with faith on your security system, and you deal with his stuff irresponsibly.

Fake Security System: Your fake security system dies nothing and the customer finds his personal stuff missing from his bag. What does it shows?  Your service Boys are not honest, indeed thieves?

Inconvenience, Unfair Policies and No Customer Support: and here comes an ultimate exemplar of your services when none of your officials is there to handle the grievances supportively. Even after admitting the fault of misplacement, they encounter the customer for keeping his important stuff in the bags, and not with him. Bravo! How disgraceful! Does any airline brand allows his service boy or officials to peek into one's personal stuff this way? How does it matter we keep inside the bag, the security means it should be touched only for transportation.

Blank Faces with hands up: When the customer expects the investigations the officials facilitates no support.

Such a jaw-Dropping Services!

It is not about a "Mobile" that got stolen from my bag during my journey on Indigo's Flight. But it is about my personal stuff and privacy which no one has rights to intrude.

Fake Brand....Just Named Security System!

Such Stories doesn't make a successful brand's case -study dear reading official, these are told to MBA students for giving them lessons to escape from failures and make their understanding strong with CRM, As I belong to this story and have got the absurd ride of irresponsible services, Fake Security System, Inconvenience, Unfair Policies, No Customer Support and Betrayal...and Because I am that poor customer..I owe the reply and action

I hope and deserve my belongings back or compensation and also an explanation from all the related rings of this chain who made we waste my precious time in resolving this the most-bad-travelling experience!
