Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Mike Zullo and their investigation team has proven (with hard evidence) that the birth certificate provided by Barack Hussein Obama II is a fraudulent document. A 5-year long investigation has provided enough evidence to conclude that Barack Obama has falsified an official document which is a federal offense.

President Obama should be indicted immediately under the category of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" for falsifying offical documents (birth certificate) in order to gain federal employment.
