Bankers need safeguard immediately, banks in need of shutdown

The Issue

Doctors have necessary protections & attires..And bankers?? They are also working day in & day out all over India inspite of the spreading of Covid 19 pandemic .

Exchange of notes, passbooks and other documents can cause fatal consequences to the bankers.Due to staff shortage they daily undergo humongous stress ,their immunity is already hampered. The public rush to rural & semi urban branches of Public sector Banks like they need to hit those places daily . But be it the banks for the class or be it for the mass, they all need a halt. How much  more?? They have family, don't they?

There are ATMs ,there is Ebanking ,there is Mbanking .Support digitalization. People need bankers .. But please try to understand this is an exigency.Have bit more sense & apply it.  Banks need a shutdown at least for one week .GOI,the Ministry of Finance should consider this with high importance.
