The Indianapolis DPW announced plans to close streets to paint a “Black Lives Matter” mural on the city streets. No matter what side of the debate you’re  on, 1st amendment applies to all. If the city is going to approve this with all their aunti police rhetoric, then it is only just they approve a pro police mural. Let’s show the city and those that protect its citizens honorably every day that not everyone has turned their backs on them ��� Approve “Blue Lives Matter” mural on Indianapolis city street!!!!!
