Help the statistics of African-Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans in jails and prisons.

Bring in more revenue for towns and bringing more small businesses.

Decrease the crime rates, suicide rates, and drug addiction rates.

Possibilities for rehabilitation centers that use cannabis, which would help addiction by reducing the withdrawals, and help with the mental illness within connection of addiction.
