After the senseless death of Shalom, the autistic little boy who drowned in a pond in Brownsburg. I was devastated this incident hit home. My son Alijah is a 3 yrs old non-Verbal autistic child. I instantly felt an unsettling since of uncertainty. I decided that I had to do something to help. How can I prevent this from happening to my little boy and any family who cares for an autistic child?

 I'm petitioning legislators to implement a process which regulates a procedure to issue a strategic plan to parents of children who have been placed on the Autistic spectrum, this will allow parents to begin making preparation to connect with an agency who can provide access to the tracking device.

I believe that an automatic system to bring awareness  should be mandatory in making sure ALL families be made aware of and issued a tracking device that tracks wandering children.

With a system such as this, potentially eradicates the growing number of autistic children who have fallen victim to situations such as the one mentioned above involving the drowning death of the child in Brownsburg.
