Indiana senate has passed SB 209 and referred it to the House of Representatives. This bill will change the "Delta-9 THC" on the controlled substances list to "THC and all of its isomers." There are 30+ isomers of THC, including CBD. 

People take CBD and low-dose THC to help relieve pain, nausea, loss of appetite, anxiety, depression, etc. Most people want to stop taking their medications because of cost, side effects, and more. They are looking for a natural remedy to help them get through the day. I take CBD at night for my sciatica and RLS because it helps. Most people can't even get a prescription from a doctor because they are afraid to lose their license due to so many overdoses. CBD and low-dose THC take care of these problems.

Please sign this petition and call the Indiana House of Representatives at 1-800-382-9842 and tell them that you oppose bill SB 209! Indiana is taking a step in the wrong direction. Opioid addiction is real, Fentanyl is abundant in our communities and many people are overdosing every day. If Indiana will not legalize marijuana, at least let us have our CBD and low-dose THC!
