Karen Richards has been known to not take chances to prosecute if she is not 100% she will win a case. I thought that's why we have judges and jury to help determine if a person is innocent or guilty. Many cases won't see a court room if she thinks it wont win and hurt her name with a loss. Many cases have everything needed to push a case forward but she doesn't. Fort Wayne Indiana is becoming in my eyes a place that shootings are happening way to much and plea deals are a joke. Think about it a plea deal is to lower a charge to get a person to admit. (Example) 5 counts of child molestation and a person gets 1 year in prison on a plea deal. We need to let people know if you kill someone you will see your day in court. (Example) My son was killed by a person  and he after 1year and 3 months still has not been charged. Karen has all the evidence needed. She has the guy that did it/the Ballistics/2 witness/the gun/ and to this day the killer still won't talk and Karen says I can't make him talk. (TRUE) but you can still file and let a judge or jury decide on the evidence you got. Take a chance and help the victims of Fort Wayne Indiana.
