When in fact they were not even armed nor did they even do the killing. This was a breaking and entering in which the home owner was home.  The home owner was the one whom shot and killed the assailant, as well as wounding another one in the process of them trying to flee out of the home. This law was not devised for juveniles to be charged for their friends death. These boys deserve for this Law to be Abolished for the correct charge to be filed against them, so the correct time can be imposed.
