We, the undersigned Citizens of St. Joseph County, Indiana, respectfully request that the St. Joseph County Commissioners, St. Joseph County Council, St. Joseph County Engineering and INDOT, review the current standards for the traffic control at the corner of Elm and Adams Roads in Granger, Indiana. The current flashing lights create more confusion for operators of motor vehicles and we request that the intersection become a 4 (four) way stop to ensure the safety of our residents.
