Recently it was notified by railways that all North India bound trains like Rajdhani/Neelanchal/Nandan Kanan Express will have stoppage at Hijli Station instead of Kharagpur Junction.Hijli station dont even have basic facilities like booking counter,food stalls and foremost is public transport connecting with town 24*7.Any train getting delayed may throw the passenger into deep trouble as how he/she will reach home in odd hours of the day.Hijli station is situated in an isolated place which also pose security threat of the passenger.

Therefore,we demand that all North India bound trains should have stoppage at Kharagpur Junction.
