1) The government of Gujarat in the letter dated 12/4/2021(number: MCG/1021/459/J) promised us to give 1:2 bond scheme. Which means that one day of bond duty would be counted as two days but after declaration of result they reverted the order back to 1:1
2) Our delegation consisting of all Gujarat JDA went to meet health commissioner on 3/8/2021 to resolve the issue. But there we were insulted and without even given a chance to explain our issue we were shown the door. The clip of said meeting has become viral and link is as below. Our another demand is that government assures us via notification that specialist will be posted as per their specialisation only. Else it is wastage of human resources and public money

3)  To compensate for academic loss from 2020 to 2021 the bonded candidates to be attached to their primary Institute.
4 Counting senior residency experience along with bond on lines of other states.
5) To pressurize, demotivate and terrorize resident doctors, government has taken many steps like cutting electricity and water, asking to vacate the hostel instantly, termination of SRship etc.
