Yesterday was the second virtual court hearing of my son Kartik’s murder case. The accused was present too. When I set my eyes on him, I wanted to hold him by his shirt, shake him and ask ‘Why my Kartik?’ Share my petition so that I can get my answer.

I haven’t slept since the 7th of April. Every time I close my eyes, I see my son’s face. I want the Indian government to launch an investigation to find out why that unknown man killed my son. If you share my petition, then more people will sign it and the government will be pressured to respond to me sooner.

There was no substantial outcome as the accused did not have a lawyer to represent him, and so we were given May 4 as the next date of hearing. If we get 50K signatures before that I will be able to show the authorities that not just me, but India wants #JusticeForKartik.
