GTA V is a popular game which is played by school kids and also adults. The game has great fanbase. But the game is highly inappropriate as it features heavy sexual content:

• a strip club option where a woman is literally naked and gives a lap dance, with obscene moves. Sexual stuff is normal but it is too vulgar for a game and there are objectification dialogues also for that
• Porn like sex scenes with nudity which is too vulgar for a UA or U game
• Also, the game often features devastating sequences like a gang rape and other heinous acts. Even if the main character needs to save the girl in the gang rape, it still is a bad influence on the people as some do worship villains and even if they don't, such sequences may corrupt their mind. Also using this in a game seems disrespectful to the actual victims. The game can remove such stuff or get banned altogether.
