The recent move by the armed forces to criminalize  homosexuality and penalise it. Goes against the personal choice a citizen is entitled to and against the Supreme court's landmark 377 verdict .

                A     soldier is ready to lay his life down for his nation deserves the fundamental rights that he is entitled to and must be treated with utmost dignity for who he is , criminalising homosexuality is rejecting a person's gender identity and is immoral at a time when the same armed forces take pride in women soldiers and gender diversity.
