The situation of the world increasingly is reflective of why Dogs & Animals are the only living things that are SANE on planet earth and need to be handled with care.

Its shameful that Rs.50/- is the fine imposed by the Indian judiciary on humans including pet owners for cruelty towards "Animals".

This includes  situations like:

• Abandoning pets on the roadside to die.
• Killing or maiming them for social media.
• sadistic pleasure of mentally disturbed by harming animals.

These things keep happening all around us BUT we are MUTE spectators who shy away from the ONLY good karma we can earn by being helpful to these situations.

Sounds shameful right that after 25 years of our independence while weboast of our development in economy & technology yet we remain a very backward nation when it comes to Animal rights.

A nation cannot be forward thinking if they are backward in your attitude towards MUTE animals & their rights in society.

I am asking the government for a national Helpline for reporting atrocities towards animals , rescuing animals in distress , reporting animals that needs medical attention in lines with the "100" & the "110" number for humans.

• Makes reporting crime against animals easy for govt & NGO's to take action.
• Keeps the citizens vigilant and educated about animal rights and checks their attitude towards animals.
• Gives citizens a ready number Eg.200 for them to call to report & rescue animals & they dont  need to look for places to report and then ignore crimes against animals.
