India Demands Justice: Government Must File a Curative Petition in the Nithari Case
The Issue
I am starting this petition because the Nithari case has stayed with me for years — as it has with millions of Indians.
Even after all this time, the pain and horror of what happened to those children have not faded.
Families waited for justice.
They waited for answers.
They waited for closure.
But today, they are left with even more questions as the case stands on the edge of being forgotten due to missing evidence, procedural errors, and investigative failures.
When I read about the acquittal, something inside me felt deeply wrong. This cannot be the end.
Not for the children.
Not for the parents.
Not for India.
A Curative Petition is the last and final legal remedy available under the Indian justice system. It is meant exactly for cases where serious injustice may have happened, where crucial facts may have been overlooked, or where the truth still needs one final chance to come out.
I am not a lawyer or an activist — I am just an Indian who refuses to stay silent when justice is slipping away.
If we don’t raise our voice now, then when?
Please join me in demanding that the Government of India files a curative petition in the Nithari case.
Let us stand together for truth, accountability, and justice — for children who no longer have a voice of their own.
WHAT THIS PETITION IS ASKING FOR:
We, the people of India, request the Government of India to:
- File a Curative Petition in the Supreme Court
To ensure that the final option for justice is exercised.
- Re-examine the missing evidence, forensic lapses, and procedural gaps
These unresolved issues deserve one last, thorough review.
- Bring full transparency to the investigation
So that the truth is not lost in paperwork or forgotten over time.
- Deliver closure to the victims’ families
No family should carry two decades of unanswered pain.
- Restore public trust in the justice system
Justice must not only be done — it must be seen to be done.
The Nithari children cannot speak for themselves today — but we can.
Our signatures can reopen the last door to justice.
Please sign and share this petition widely.
Your voice matters.
Every signature matters.
Together, we can make the Government act.
