Indian Government, Please accept 7000 million INR aid for flood relief by UAE Government

The Issue

There were more than million people got relocated to relief camps due to the worst flood in the last 100 years in Kerala(https://www.theatlantic.com/photo/2018/08/devastating-monsoon-floods-in-kerala-india/568171/ ).  Central Government has released 6000 million INR for relief operations. Everyone was happy to hear UAE government announced an aid of 7000 million INR which is more than what India government has released. Central government has rejected this offer siting the existing government policy that India wouldn't accept any foreign to rebuild. This offer is completely different - this is the result of UAE reciprocating efforts of Keralites who have helped to build their nation.  The plea here is to Central government to revisit their policy and accept the generous offer
