Business and Commerce alongside Residential

Building on 48 acres is harder than I thought, the amount of residential and businesses are limited based on design.

Electric is far from scarce, however...water tends to be an issue .

Being able to understand live as itself, taxes do show a massive decrease, I do see businesses increasing in revenue due to the spike in wage, I also see happy families living the life of the norm without malice.

 Is going to be so fun, well, it's going to be  healthy for us all because we will have benefited from my election as Texas Governor.
