At The Nottingham Tribunal court. A biased ruling of a blatant race discrimination case has destroyed the life of an outstanding individual.

Documented evidence proves that he has suffered discrimination of a racial nature, and this information has been ignored by a Tribunal judge, resulting in a miscarriage of justice. 

This case also shows that institutional racism exists in the legal system, aswell as the Police force. Clive Henry has been trying to get this case investigated since August, 2013 with The Nottingham Police force.

This case needs to be investigated by the Police, so the CPS can prosecute all the  parties involved that have broken the law.

This is a Human rights Issue that demands that justice is served.
