We received the unfortunate news that the application for a formal Judicial Review into the Senior Coroner's decision into the death of Shukri Abdi has been dismissed.

This means that the family can no longer pursue a course of action to overturn the decision.

Shukri's mother Zamzam Arab Ture is obviously disappointed at the decision however she knows and has always known the truth of what happened to Shukri on that tragic day despite the ruling of the Senior Coroner. Equally of importance, the court of public opinion knows what happened to Shukri and who was responsible. The evidences gleaned at the inquest into her death demonstrate it all clearly.
