I look after my partner who has cancer, and I see firsthand the dedication and hard work that home and living carers put in every day. Despite their crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals, many carers are underpaid and undervalued. According to a report by the National Association of Care & Support Workers, nearly 50% of care workers earn below the real living wage. This is unacceptable for a profession that requires immense physical, emotional, and mental strength.

Home and Living Carers deserve fair compensation for their invaluable contributions to society. By increasing their pay, we can ensure they receive the respect and financial stability they deserve. Please sign this petition to urge policymakers to raise wages for home and living carers immediately!
