Ford’s new cabinet - We won’t let another term go by!

Doug Ford has announced his cabinet for Ontario’s Parliament. Merrilee Fullerton will remain the Minister of Children, Community and Social Services.

ODSP recipients lived in legislated poverty during Minister Fullerton’s last term and we continue to struggle today — the average income in Ontario is approximately $50,000 per year, while people on ODSP rank far behind at only $14,028 per year.

With inflation rates and the cost of groceries and other basic expenses increasing every month, we are falling even further behind.

We need to let Minister Fullerton know that we won’t let another term go by without a substantial increase to ODSP rates.
