I am unable to Link my aadhar with Pan due to mismatch in Name.as in Aadhar the name is " B.Vaithiyanathaswami" father name "Balakrishnan" wherein in Pan card the Name is " Balakrishnasn Vaithiyanathaswami" ( Initial Expanded),

             This common issue related to Linking the Aadhaar card to Pan card.

             Sir as per practice followed in Tamilnadu We prefix the initial of our Fathar to our name which is known as Initial. Our Education Certificates, Other documents in Tamilnadu carries the same as P. Chidambaram. V.Vasanthkumar, S.Sowmiya, J. Jayalalitha, M.Karunanidhi etc.On the Same basis our Ration card, Voter Id card, Elect. Bill, Gas Connection, Bank Accounts, Pension card  etc also made with the name with Father's Initial in the front/Back.. Based on the same Practice our Aadhar card is also made with The Intial of the father's name and our name.

             But the Pan Card, Pass port etc are with the Father/ Husband name in full as first name and Party's name as Middle or Last as " Ganapathy Subramanian( Ganapathy is Father's name Subramanian as Party's Name and some Time it is reverse.

           Now the Problem faced is when we want to link our Aadhar card to our Pan card it is not accepting as the mismatch on the name. Kindly look into and advice the face boof followers as to how to solve the problem in linking the Aadhar card to Pan card.

              I feel While linking the aadhar card with pan card; let there be specific column             1.Individual name 2, Fathers name. 3.How it has been mentioned in aadhar card 3 (a). How it is mentioned in pan card. 4.Aadhar card no. 5. Pan card number..6.Date of birth..7. Address in full with state & pin Code 8. Telephone Number (. E mail Address
