We have spoken to one Barnet Council committee, now we'll meet another.

We met with the Finchley & Golders Green Area Committee (F&GGAC) recently but they were unable to make a decision on our petition. It has therefore been referred to the Children, Education, Libraries & Safeguarding Committee. We 'qualified' to address the F&GGAC thanks to YOU our supporters. We have 220 names on our petitions and that's what made Barnet Council listen, but we need more so please share the petition and ask friends, family, neighbours to get signing asap. We need to continue to show that the Include our Streets N12 community really cares about this campaign and wants to see change. If you live within the Include Our Streets N12 area, you will not get into our local Primary school that is a mere 8 minutes walk away (0.4 miles) and you will probably end up driving or taking a bus to school far outside of this community. 2 school runs a day on the bus costs £900 a year. So is it fair? No it's not! Local schools should be for local children. The campaign is alive and well and we will continue to petition for change and for Barnet Council to correct a map that's been wrong for 15 years! If it isn't wrong then it was a snub!
