REvamped Petition to support AB condo owners

Hello everyone: You'll recall that initially we wanted to stop and revamp Bill 9. Unfortunately, we learned that was not possible ... however, we did learn that Service AB was going to phase in the creation of Regulations that support Bill 9. We saw that as giving us time to do what we could to be pro-actively and consistently involved in the creation of Governance and Dispute Resolution Regulations which is where our 15 Point Plan improvement ideas fit best. We NEED to be at the creation table, not consulted after the fact when condo industry special interest groups and condo lawyers have already written the Regulations and the likelihood of them being changed in any way is remote. This petition is part of our new action to lessen the imbalance of power that exists against Alberta condo owners. We pay the bills that produce condo industry profits and contribute to the salaries of condo managers and their lawyers. It's time we were heard differently than we have been in the past. PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION and even if you signed it before ... sign again because our focus has changed and your signature will show your support of us being at the Regulation Development table! One doesn't have to be a condo owner to sign the petition so have your family, friends, neighbours and colleagues sign up too.
