HEADS UP: TIME IS TIGHT! Service Alberta is now developing Bill 9 Condo Regulations which will DIRECTLY negatively affect our quality of life; health and wellness; property values and financial stability. We are not joking! If you want to know the details contact us at info@albertacondominiums.ca. We need to be heard now by Premier Rachel Notley and Service Alberta Minister McLean and we need your help to be heard. Please have one, or more, other person you know sign our Petition. They do not have to own a condo: they simply have to want inclusive, fair and just condo legislation because trust us … what is coming our way …. isn’t! I, and other members of the Alberta Condo Ownership Network need and want to be involved in the CREATION of the Condo Act/Bill 9 Regulations as they are being written: not “CONSULTED” after a large number of condo industry special interest representatives (some of whom have never owned a condo) have created Regulations that will affect us for years, if not decades, AND when little to nothing will be done to change what they wrote.
