As a resident of Anne Arundel County, MD, I see a pressing need for more facilities where locals can skate, bike, and scooter. Our community thrives on these activities but lacks the necessary infrastructure to support them consistently. The absence of indoor skateparks in our area is particularly noticeable during foul weather when outdoor options become inaccessible.

The proposed recreational center in Anne Arundel County presents an excellent opportunity to address this issue. Including an indoor skatepark within this facility would not only meet a significant community need but also promote physical activity and social interaction among residents.
