I am writing this petition as a victim of severe emotional, physical, and financial abuse inflicted by Eddie Williams, a 23-year-old Caucasian male residing in Greenville, North Carolina. I am not alone in this plight. Numerous female students at East Carolina University have also suffered under his cruel manipulation. Eddie has developed a pattern of preying on women who are emotionally vulnerable, luring them into deceptive relationships. These relationships often result in the victims losing hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars, and enduring physical and emotional abuse.

Eddie possesses an extensive criminal record and has been a recurring felon with an alarming number of charges dismissed without accountability. As victims, we feel our pursuit of justice is being thwarted by these dismissed charges, and it's time we stand united to ensure justice is served.

We urge the authorities to take action and incarcerate Eddie Williams, aiming to protect current and future potential victims from his harmful ways. Evidence of his crimes are preserved with us as well as multiple victim testimonies, each one is disturbing to the core and calls for immediate intervention.
