I want to thank everyone for sharing our campaign and this continuous effort to protect NAS Whidbey. We love our military presence. 

I wanted to share this update with you.  Below you will find a letter from "Sound Defense Alliance" talking about two additional lawsuits that will be filed.  This lawsuits are claiming violations of the "Endangered Species Act".  Our attorney's are working to get a copy of the lawsuit itself, once we have them, we will share with you the details of it.

I'm not sure about you but I'm tired of this frivolous litigation.  The majority (you) will be heard. We are a military friendly community and have been for decades.

Continue to share this petition amongst your family and friends so our voices are truly heard.  Speak up, write your congressmen and local officals.  Bring the heat.  Show your support of our Military pride.  Share on facebook, twitter. 

Let us speak for you in court, the majority of Whidbey so that in court the judge will understand how we truly feel.  Write letters of your experience here on Whidbey.  We are a group of organized individuals willing to fight for you and your voice.  Let us be heard.

Just remember, anyone can start a group, it takes a village to make change.  Let us be your voice, your village, the legal way.
