Dr. Jean-François Dubuc has served not merely as an instructor at Life University, but as a mentor, guide, and trusted leader within our academic and professional community. His termination, executed without prior notice or explanation, came as a profound shock—one that undermines not only the integrity of our institution but also the trust between faculty, administration, and students.

For over seven years, Dr. Dubuc has been a foundational pillar at Life University, particularly in the areas of chiropractic technique and neuro-focused education. His teaching portfolio spans more than 13 classes, including vital courses such as Toggle Recoil, Full Spine III, Advanced Instrumentation, and Neurobasis for Behavioral Disorders. His teaching style—rooted in depth, clarity, and clinical application—has challenged students to think critically, expand their skills, and step into leadership in the field of neurologically centered chiropractic care.

His impact extends well beyond the classroom. Dr. Dubuc has actively advised and supported numerous student clubs, including PX Club, Torque Release Technique (TRT), and Dynamic Essentials. In past quarters, he has also advised Applied Kinesiology (AK), Knee Chest, and SOT clubs. He has played an active role on the hiring committee, the OSCE committee, and the scholarship committee—demonstrating his consistent dedication to the university’s mission.

Dr. Dubuc has practiced for over 13 years in Georgia. Both he and his wife are Peak doctors, who are currently mentoring three students at their office—a space he and Dr. Danielle intentionally created as a hub for student growth, practice immersion, and inspiration. Many students have found their voice and future direction because of this mentorship.

Despite this unwavering commitment and an untarnished professional record, Dr. Dubuc’s university email was abruptly deactivated, leaving clubs without leadership and students without a key advisor. The absence of communication surrounding his termination starkly contrasts with the values of transparency, accountability, and community Life University claims to uphold.

We, the undersigned, call for the immediate and fair reconsideration of this decision. Dr. Dubuc’s contribution to Life University is irreplaceable—both academically and in spirit. His removal has created a void in instruction, mentorship, and student support that cannot be ignored.

We urge the administration to:

1. Provide clarity and accountability regarding this decision.
2. Recognize the substantial contributions Dr. Dubuc has made to this institution.
3. Reinstate him to his position so he may continue to educate, support, and inspire the future of chiropractic.
