

The San Luis Obispo County Supervisors also need to vote on the El Campo death trap closure - specifically in a County meeting. The April 3rd unanimous vote was SLOCOG, which is a regional government body that includes all 5 county supervisors plus seven representatives of the various cities in the County. Item 21 on the Supervisors' Consent Agenda requests approval of a letter of support to Caltrans for the closure of median openings... That is great news and consistent with the SLOCOG vote on April 3rd.
As any Supervisor may request an item be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda for further debate, I will be attending this County Board of Supervisors meeting this Tuesday April 23rd at 9:00 am.
