For Imvu to remove First Meta Exchange as a credit re-seller
The issue
First Meta Exchange has possibly the worst customer service, security and policies. When a user of their's is hacked, they lack sympathy, including blaming the user for their account being malicisiously breached. Even if the user had a strong password, they are still blamed. Not only that, the credits that were taken/bought? They will not refund the money and/or funds at all. A recent incident is a user was hacked and when they asked First Meta Exchange for help, they were told they were at fault. After recieving no help or concern from First Meta Exchange, including no refund, they turned to Paypal, for which First meta Exchange started harassing and threatening that if they didn't cancel the case they would report the user to Imvu for fraud. Even after cancelling the case, the user's accounts were still disabled for fraudulent activity. This user had sold them large amounts of credits over a period of 2 years, and had supported them beforehand, buying large sums of credits. This was the thank you they recieved after a greedy hacker emptied their bank.
This isn't the only case where such a situation has occured, this has happened NUMEROUS amounts of time.
There have been many cases of TRUE fraudulent activity where stolen credits were soldto them, accounts emptied and First Meta Exchange had done nothing. They only seem to care if they get their money.
On top of these above issues, First Meta Exchange also has the LOWEST market prices for users wishing to sell. This is usually when no other re-sellers are buying aside from partner sales. The prices are recorded as low as $24 per 100k. In desperation, people sell, not aware this is a SCAM laid down by FirstMetaExchange themselves.
Any more notes of serious issues will be added, come forward if you are not alone, and please share. This credit re-seller must be revoked of their privelages. Threatening their customers, manipulating them at will, robbing them of their rights is NOT a way a business should work!
