For too long the greater UNL Community has experienced unsafe and unreliable conditions at the 16th and Vine St. Intersection. The 4-way stop sign does not serve the intersection while and creates unsafe conditions for pedestrians and commuters alike. From the lack of clarity on who should go when to the traffic created backing Vine St. up till the next lights this intersection is long overdue for a change.
