At Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated Highschool, Many Students and Teachers have experienced connectivity issues regarding the whole senior high school buildings. The network layout being messy and unmonitored in faculties, The reason why is, because the layout hasn't been thoroughly planned which lead to the final implementation making internet speeds much slower than expected which causes traffic overtime. CSS-TVL Teachers has already pointed out the issue regarding to the network cabling, lack of devices, and proper management but due to the school's tight budget and other financial priorities, it might not be prioritized, as of now the status of the network connection in ERCIHS, is somewhat stable. however, still experiences signal issues.

Moreover, the cable set-up is improper in terms of being suitable in unexpected weather conditions, which can lead to internet blackouts if ever storms arise inside the campus (ERCIHS). It can affect the student's learning experience and teacher's preparation using software tools/websites that include an internet connection.

This petition acts as an awareness to the people of ERCIHS and help take action to resolve this issue before its too late. once implemented, a much more organized and planned layout will be proposed to overall improve the connection around the school. Optional decisions like free Wi-fi to students  can be discussed  further by the people in control for the implementation and to the schools administrators. In addition we recommend that we should apply the proper cabling to avoid issues.
