As hardworking citizens, Uber delivery drivers across our nation face enormous challenges every day. Despite battling daunting traffic and unfavorable weather, they tirelessly provide services, working between 11 to 12 hours on average. Yet their income, unfortunately, doesn't reflect this effort, being at a level that barely allows them to cover their expenses, including essential ones like fuel.

The personal experiences and struggles of Uber delivery drivers reveal a deeply unfair complete disregard for worker rights and a need for immediate change. This petition calls for these changes: adequate pay that reflects the number of hours they toil, substantial provisions for their work-related costs, and stronger regulations to ensure their rights as workers are not violated.
