As an avid gamer with over 4,000 hours spent on Counter-Strike (CS), I am deeply passionate about the game. However, my experience and that of countless others is being marred by the current state of Valve's Anti-Cheat (VAC) system. The issue at hand is not about new maps or chests; it's about creating a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.

The VAC system in its current form is failing to provide adequate protection against cheaters, making the game almost unplayable for honest players. We propose that Valve either fix the existing VAC anti-cheat system or develop a separate anticheat software to scan PCs during gameplay.

According to data from SteamDB, CS has over 20 million active users every month. This community deserves an effective anti-cheat system that ensures fair play and enhances user experience. Cheating undermines trust in the gaming community and detracts from the enjoyment of genuine players.
