Improve unsafe business operating conditions at Technotronic Dimensions

Improve unsafe business operating conditions at Technotronic Dimensions
The Issue
This is a petition signed by small business owners and local/non local current customers of Technotronic Dimensions, located at 203 Northside drive Bennington, VT in order to document
the unsafe operating conditions for the parking area of the business storefont.
The flooding has increased the past 2 years and has become a safety and health issue the town and property owner are unable to resolve.
Passers by who would be considering service at the store see a parking area damaged by years of flooding, cracks and a large caved in area at the corner think twice about the risk to their vehicle and will not take a chance to park there or postpone giving work to the business for a later date. At best only 1-2 vehicles at most have ever parked in this lot since the flooding has increased. Potential customers normally like seeing a large parking lot like this occupied by several vehicles, which during business hours means people are patronizing this business and its legitimate and has growth potential.
Normal business operating conditions have been disrupted and supply chain services like UPS,Fedex and USPS will not park their vehicles there , most likely due to insurance rules. Package delivery delays often state "unable to access delivery location" in the tracking results online. These factors limit the revenue any business can create under those circumstances. The property owner has placed this problem on the shoulders of the sole proprietor, and is threatening legal eviction proceedings.
By signing this petition, you understand these conditions are not conducive for a small business to grow by attracting new customers as these effect its public image and makes it look unprofessional,careless and neglectful to customer safety and if left ignored can pose a serious health problem to the sole proprietor of the business and any patrons.

UPDATE 1-1-2025
============
A heavy overnight storm flooded the parking lot extensively. 2 new photos added. Property owner moved safety cones, increased chances of slip and fall as water will freeze soon.
============
UPDATE 1-2-2025
============
The standing water froze and the Town was notified of increased chances of slip and fall. It was requested the safety inspection report be modified to increase the safety factor assigned to this HIGH because it now effects multiple person walking traffic which is increasing due to the "Recreational Cannibus" dispensary newly opened in the property next to it. No answer was supplied by the Town.
============
UPDATE 2-27-2025
===========
Storm rainfall melted the leftover snow moved out of the parking lot and has once again flooded the parking area. Lots of more snow could melt and this may be the worst level of water seen to date. If frozen, increased chances of slip and fall. Business owner forced to relocate and finance it alone under a trespassing deadline set by the property owner.
